What data I process and why
Through the inquiry form on this website I process the data you provide yourself: your name, e-mail address, optionally a link to your website, and the content of your message.
I use this data solely to handle your inquiry and the related communication, i.e. discussions about possible cooperation. The legal bases are steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and my legitimate interest in follow-up business communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long I keep the data
I keep inquiry data for the duration of our discussions and for no longer than 1 year after our last communication if no cooperation takes place. If we do start working together, I keep the data for the duration of the cooperation and thereafter as required by law (e.g. accounting and tax regulations).
Who I share the data with
I do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for their own purposes. Form submissions are delivered by e-mail, so they are technically processed by the hosting and e-mail provider of this website. All data is processed within the EU.

This website uses only technical cookies necessary for its operation. It uses no analytics or marketing cookies, and therefore requires no cookie consent.
Your rights
In connection with the processing of your personal data you have the right to:
